Contributions

AccomacRoots is a non-profit organization associated with the Chincoteague Cultural Alliance (CCA). To obtain a tax deduction benefit for our supporters, contributions are channeled through CCA on a dollar-for-dollar basis; there is no administrative overhead.

AccomacRoots is dedicated to researching and preserving the history and culture of the African American communities of Accomack County, with emphasis upon Chincoteague Island. Our ability to accomplish these goals is totally dependant upon the generosity of our supporters.

If you desire to assist in this endeavor, your contributions would be deeply appreciated.

All contributions are tax deductible through our affiliation with CCA, a non-profit (501c3), tax-exempt organization. If you wish separate verification for tax purposes, please notify us by email of your contribution.

Contributions can be made by clicking on the above button. You can use either your credit card OR your PayPal account. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use your credit card. Just enter an amount and click on the "Continue" botton at the bottom of the PayPal screen.
In either case, your contribution will be processed through PayPal directly to the Accomac Roots/CCA account. If you wish a receipt by mail, please include your address. Otherwise, print the screen notice at the end of the donation process.
