May have 2 or 3 persons combined into one, ages all over the map. Note age in 1900 censuses is ~ same over 30 years! Charlotte Selby/Glascow b 1860 found in 1910,1920,1930 census, mother of Nathaniel and Harrison

her age at marriage (21) is way off
all of the children are born before marriage, could be there are two James and Charlotte Selbys, or that he married twice, or that they got married years after started living together
her age in 1880 census is given as 34!
