1811 purchased land on Chinc. Bay at what is now the Carnival Grounds. (This could be a purchase by Ocra(2), but he would only have been 20 at the time.)

1835 purchased land up the Island adjacent to and at identical time as Branson Crippin. But this could be a purchase by his son, Ochra (2).
